Our steel sub-floor frames are a cost-effective alternative for your building needs. Their light weight and large spans make them a popular choice for builders when constructing new homes and additions.

Our steel sub-floor framing for homes are exceptionally resilient, durable and offer a lot of benefits.

The frames offer the advantage of being custom made and sized during the production process and there is no need to cut and trim during installation. The frames are in-plane modular panels and are suitable for most residential and light commercial applications.

The bearers are a boxed C section, formed by nesting two channel sections together. The joists sit in-between with flush tops to the bearers, which provides a smooth, straight & strong surface, to fix flooring to.

Mezzanines

Do you need extra space?

SteelMAX Mezzanines are a lightweight, economical and a fast solution to your extra space requirements.

The system is perfect for most light commercial mezzanine floors, with a design capacity for commercial offices of 3.0kPa live and 2.7kN concentrated loads.

We provide a custom design service where larger spans are needed and for heavier loads up to 5.0 kPa live and 4.5kN.

Electrical cabling, sprinkler systems and staircases, can all be integrated easily.
