SteelMAX has a range of insulation hanger brackets that are used to carry either standand batt or PVC sub-floor insulation between joists.

  • Used to carry sub-floor insulation between joists

Features and benefits

  • Top hats saddle the joists and no fixing is needed
  • Single and double sided brackets are available to suit 45mm and 50mm joists
  • Standard top hats have a carry ledge 75mm below floor level and are used to carry batt insulation
  • Special top hats have a carry ledge 40mm below floor level and are used to carry polystyrene foam panels
