Termite protection

Steel-MAX Smart Stumps can assist with termite protection. Our stump systems comply with AS3660.1 Clause 4.2.2, which states that termite protection can be omitted where metal tubular piers are used, provided that these piers are free from perforations, sealed at the top and remain fully exposed for inspection.

Vermin protection

Our Smart Stumps drip dry, preventing moisture retention and eliminating cavities that could otherwise harbour vermin.
